what a messy stay! air conditioning non-existant! freezing room, and the pool was out of order for days, you would expect immediate solutions for a so-called top hotel. the breakfast was a disaster, limited options, and the service was lackluster, while I almost gave them a good review, just couldn't bring myself to do it.

Consider using the stylish rooftop pool area for a relaxing evening. the ambiance is lovely and provides a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The bed was very comfortable.

I couldn’t believe that my air conditioning was broken during my stay. It took way too long to sort out my room change because the staff was unresponsive initially. When I finally did get a different room, it was too cramped for two people, and I felt quite claustrophobic.

The staff really stood out during our stay, always willing to help us find the best places to eat! One night, I ordered a cocktail from the rooftop terrace which was refreshing after a long day and the bartender was a real pro with his recommendations.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but we felt it was still reasonable for the experience.

It also boasted a balcony that offered lovely city views. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, where I enjoyed soaking in the sun after a day of exploring Palma. The hotel is conveniently located just a short stroll from the city center and has excellent amenities for cyclists, including secure bike storage.

Stylish hotel, comfortable room, where we enjoyed lovely views from our high floor double room and had a relaxing time at the rooftop pool, while being conveniently located just 9 km from the airport, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.
